We provide the most detailed UCC-11 debtor search available. We can
locate all active and inactive liens on file with the Secretary of State
and advise you on possible variations of a debtor name. Requests can be
made via phone or fascimile.
Please supply the following with your request:
- Complete name of debtor being searched, including middle initials,
if possible
- City and/or state of residence about which you are inquiring
- Correct corporate name being searched
- Limits on the amount to be expended if this is a volume search
OTHER UCC SERVICES ...
- Certified Copies---The Department of State will not certify
a UCC search, but they will certify photocopies to be "true and correct"
records on file.
- Foreign Searches---Using our connections, we can provide UCC
information nationwide. Fees vary from state to state
