Capital Connection, Inc.'s one day incorporation is an exclusive
service provided to attorneys with a bar number.
Upon receiving the attorney's fact sheet in our office, we will:
- Search for name availability
- Prepare Articles of Incorporation
- File articles with the Secretary of State
- Prepay statutory fees*
- Telephone confirmation of charter number and filing date
- Return copy of articles via overnight courier or regular mail
- Provide corporate kits upon request
We will use our "standard articles"
*15% service fee will be added to disbursements advanced
for required fees paid on client's behalf.
